I had a wonderful experience at Blue Collar Auto. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and treated with respect. As a woman, I’ve had experiences at other repair shops where I felt uncomfortable, like I wasn’t being taken seriously, or worried I might be taken advantage of because I don’t know much about cars. That wasn’t the case here at all. They inspected my car at no charge, explained exactly what they found, and were completely transparent about pricing before doing any repairs. I really appreciated that there was no pressure or upselling; just honest recommendations and fair pricing. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood what needed to be done. It’s refreshing to find a shop that’s honest, professional, and genuinely focused on taking care of their customers. My truck broke down Sunday afternoon on the way home to Florida. Less, from Troy towing got me over to this shop, although they close on Sunday. I slept in my truck over night and when the shop opened, the head mechanic was right at my vehicle asking about what was wrong. They have been backed up with work but since I was traveling, he got my truck into the shop, found the problem, ordered the part and got me on my way. You guys are my amazing heros. Went in for overheated engine. I was told I would need a new engine which I was afraid of. I decided it was not worth it and I would just get a new car. Not great warranty of only one year or 120k miles or something like that. However they were quick and kind and ended up buying the car from me for 300$ and dropped the diagnosis fee.

I was very pleased with my experience with Blue Collar Automotive Repair. They were very honest and fair which is hard to find in the automotive repair industry. They fixed a repair a local Ford dealership repeatedly (and conveniently) couldn't duplicate which costs me a lot of diagnostic fees with no repairs. Blue Collar fixed my issue quickly and with minimal cost. I am so glad I found this company. I will definitely be back.

I am very happy and satisfied with the services provided at this shop. I have a 2021 Subaru Forester that had a few issues—including a valve replacement and the replacement of spark plugs and an ignition coil—and they truly did a great job. Their prices are very reasonable, and the cost was much lower than what other shops charged for this kind of work. They are very trustworthy; you can leave your vehicle in their hands with 100% peace of mind. One time, I even brought my car in thinking it needed new brakes, but they told me the brakes were in perfect condition and didn't charge me a thing. I am very grateful and recommend them 100%.

Sellersburg, INGreg and his team have saved the day. Bought a Dodge Durango and found out within 9 months it needed some crucial work done thanks to shoddy design on Dodge’s part. Was quoted a ridiculous number to get it fixed by one of Blue Collar’s competitors. Greg and team not only did it for less than half of the ridiculous quote, they told me that one of the issues I thought I had (because of the competitor’s quote) didn’t even exist. There was no problem with that part. Blue Collar has gained a customer for life. If only all mechanics were this honest and straightforward. Great service, great price, great people. Can’t thank them enough.

I randomly found Blue Collar Auto when looking for a local shop. Very glad I did! I have taken two of my vehicles to them for different services and have always been 100% satisfied! One vehicle went in for a new A/C compressor and I had the car back with a crispy cold A/C in just a few hours. Turn around time is great, their pricing is unbeatable and Seth is very easy to work with. 10/10 Blue Collar is 100% my go to shop and cannot recommend them enough!

When the check-engine light came on, I took my vehicle to another shop first. That shop determined that I needed an engine replacement at $13k! Before I drop that kind of cash, I decided to take it to Blue Collar for a second opinion. Their deep dive diagnostics determined that I just needed a tuneup, oil filter housing, and gaskets. That wasn’t just a bandaid fix, but their true determination of what I needed. That was a HUGE savings! One big thing that sets this shop apart is that they charge for the actual amount of labor time it takes to do the job, not just what the industry allows. So far so good on my vehicle. I can trust this shop and will take my vehicles there again if/when needed.

Had brakes done with Blue Collar. After, I noticed a grinding noise when braking. Vehicle was returned and inspected but could not determine the exact issue. However, they replace the pads under warranty. Problem persisted and the vehicle was taken back in. They warrantied out the entire brake job and redid rotors and pads. Problem was fixed. This may sound like a hassle but they were respectful and professional throughout and no attritional charges were applied.
